You will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with both existing and potential customers, proactively identify, qualify, and follow up on new business leads, manage enquiries from lead creation through to order confirmation and contribute to both personal and team sales targets.
You will have a wealth of previous Site Management experience gained building multi-storey residential apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes or student accommodation.
You will be confident reading drawings, plans and managing budgets; in addition to the site team and subcontractors.
You will be leading a team in a development where we work together to create an environment where older people can age well, build friendships and feel part of a community.
You will actively manage and deepen relationships with our Residents and customers from the wider community, providing an excellent customer experience throughout the Village.

You will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, organising activities and events for Owners and much more! This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners and is hugely rewarding.
