You will ensure the precision manufacture of high-end brassware components, maintaining the luxury quality our brand is known for Key Responsibilities - CNC Machine Setter -Rainham, Essex - Set & Operate: Manage 4-axis CNC Turning machines using Fanuc, Siemens, and HAAS controls.

You will be operating food production machines, so experience in this area is essential.

You will also make sure that all breakdowns are reported quickly and workers are deployed to other areas of the business.

You will also be completing paperwork and keeping the work areas clean and tidy.

You will be responsible for setting, tooling, and operating machinery, as well as monitoring product quality and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company’s success and reputation in the industry.

You will have an externally accredited B1 counterbalance licence. Duties will include:Manual handling, sorting waste products from mixed wood based products and removing contaminated waste before it is processed. Forklift drivingMachine operation, using the bailing machine and general housekeeping duties, sweeping and cleaning.
