You will be responsible for keyholding duties, ensuring the security and smooth opening and closing of the store, while also overseeing team operations. Additionally, you will take charge of preparing tills and cashing up at the end of shifts, ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
You will be responsible for supporting the teams to clinically advance and for the delivery of evidence-based interventions through direct care, supervision, training, and education with practitioners in the team. The post holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the service’s policies and procedures.
You will experience regular pool rotations Supervising and cleaning the pool area Setting up equipment Deliver first-class customer service Deal with customer queries When not poolside you will be a key support to your team on a daily basis from preparing Studios, Gyms or Sports Halls for various activities to the general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
You will be contracted to work 40 hours, four days a week, starting on a shift pattern with operating hours between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, with the opportunity to do overtime, you choose.
You will need to diagnose the problem and the understand the requirements to resolve it and give them the confidence to head off on their journey with no further interruptions.
