You will Investigate and diagnose asset performance issues, either through direct reporting from Operations or by conducting reviews such as monthly meetings, process surveillance, or utilization reports. Define desired outcomes for improvement initiatives while minimizing disruption to plant operations and avoiding unnecessary burdens on Maintenance teams.
You will play an important role in day-to-day plant operations, helping to maintain efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This is a hands-on position working with process equipment and control systems such as SCADA, DCS, and QCS platforms. Hours of Work * Initial work will be during daytime hours (Monday–Friday).
You will be part of the frontline operations team in the Kent area and the business simply cannot operate without you. Every day is different, you will be working in all weather conditions carrying out a range of tasks, to ensure the essential functions of our wastewater treatment works and wastewater pumping stations operate to maintain the supply to our customers and protect the environment.
