You will be working in a service with 47 older people with varying levels of care and support needs.
You will join our team providing support to vulnerable adults, working as part of a team in a registered supported living setting for customers with care needs, so experience in a similar role is essential.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.
You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
You will receive a payment equivalent to 12.07% for each hour worked in the period; up to a maximum of 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.
You will need to have a minimum of three months recent UK experience working within a healthcare environment in a similar capacity. Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an video interview. All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check and we require a minimum of two satisfactory employment references.
You will have well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for our all our service users.
You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access work, education and social opportunities.
You will need to be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in the subject area, a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained within the Beauty industry and some teaching, training or assessing experience in the area of Beauty Therapy.
You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed.
