You will receive regular professional and management supervision and will be supported to develop skills in this specialist area. Initially you would be able to work closely alongside a more experienced member of staff to support you to develop skills and gain confidence if eating disorders is a new field for you.
You will line‐manage two office‐based supervisors and be responsible for the shared management of a 60‐strong care team.
You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to motivate and persuade others effectively, expertise in Microsoft Office, strong organisational, prioritisation, and delegation skills, and a passion for facilitating staff development.
You will need to meet all of the below criteria to be considered for this position: Have a minimum of 6-12 months of NHS experience within either community or acute discharge teams Be prepared to work within a 7-day service Hold Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration
