You will take charge of shifts, managing patient flow safely and efficiently while communicating effectively with families both in person and over the telephone.
You will act as an advocate for children and their families, ensuring they receive appropriate information, support, and safeguarding through close liaison with multidisciplinary teams.
You will provide and strengthen clinical leadership within defined areas by acting as a positive role model, who practices evidence-based care, to ensure high standards of clinical care.
