You will serve as the senior leader responsible for international DTC growth and will report directly to the GM, DTC.
You will be responsible for optimizing the full shopping journey across all key customer segments—including new, repeat, and at-risk/lapsed customers—to ensure each audience receives tailored experiences that maximize conversion and lifetime value.

You will be responsible for the renewals of existing platform use & will engage with CS team to ensure full utilisation, expanding adoption of workflows, use cases and best practices.
