You will be required to plan and prepare fun and engaging lessons to small groups of children which are tailored to meet their individual learning levels. They are a purpose built school in Basingstoke with specialist classrooms and extensive external grounds. Their aim is to provide opportunities for all children to thrive, reach their potential and have the skills necessary to overcome barriers.

You will be communicating at all levels, to ensure training needs are responded to and met within appropriate time-scales throughout your region.

You will support in the development of new training programmes that meet the Business objectives of comprehensive in-house training provisions and support in the improvement of existing training programmes as part of our continuous improvement philosophy.

You will also be required to work with small groups of children to provide support and intervention.

You will also be expected to plan and prepare lessons with teachers, as well as develop and prepare resources for learning activities.

You must have a Degree or equivalent, and/or relevant experience of covering or teaching whole classes.

You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-set lessons, and ensure students remain focused and supported throughout the school day.
