You will play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, cost-effective and well maintained, working closely with colleagues, contractors, and residents to deliver responsive and planned repairs to a high standard.
You will also be working closely with the admin team and your key responsibilities will be: Processing invoices, payments and receipts accurately and efficiently. Setting up new suppliers and checking supplier statements to reconcile supplier accounts. Supporting with the credit control function and escalating any issues to management.
You will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day marketing activities and team, ensuring the smooth running of campaigns, events, and administrative tasks across a range of projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Marketing team across a range of activities.
