You will be responsible for leading the day to day commercial aspects of a new build residential development reporting to a Managing QS. The role will be based between the office and sites in Somerset and you will be able to manage your own diary.
You will have solid experience with either a national or regional house builder, or a residential focused main contractor
You will be invited to take a tour of the site, giving you the opportunity to meet the team for a question-and-answer session
You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, working 8 hour shifts.
You will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.
You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
