You will oversee and deliver a diverse range of mechanical projects across commercial facilities throughout London. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects (typically 6–10 at one time) ranging from £10k to £500k. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will plan and designate project resources - ensuring all departments are provided with the specific project information to enable the correct and timely manufacture and installation. On occasion the preparation of budgets and/or estimates may be required.

You will work with the global pricing team on this programme with occasional travel into the London office as an when required.

You will help manage the global team and will keep the developers accountable to their deadlines.

You will also have the opportunity to expand the team as the programme progresses.
