You will play a key role in ensuring that parcels move swiftly and accurately from our distribution network to our customers’ doorsteps. As the Assistant Manager, you’ll manage shift teams of associates and delivery drivers, coordinate dispatch and inbound activity, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
You will also need a UK National Insurance Number, proof of your Right to Work in the UK, commercial vehicle insurance (also referred to as ‘hire and reward’ insurance) and, to pass a background and criminal record check which includes, but is not limited to, a review of driving licence records.
You will be invited to take a tour of the site, giving you the opportunity to meet the team for a question-and-answer session
You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 working 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.
You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
