You will be responsible for responsible for coordinating technical activity, planning workshop schedules, managing workshop administration, and ensuring that vehicles are prioritised and processed efficiently to meet customer and contractual KPIs:About the Role:Provide comprehensive support to the Technical Manager in the day-to-day operation of the workshop.

You will have previous experience of working as a Store Manager in fast paced, high volume retail setting.

You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet, alongside this you will be a people person, have the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and be passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for managing workloads, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and ensuring team performance aligns with company goals. Your role is critical in fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

You will be a self-starter who plans ahead, takes initiative, and thrives in a growing business environment. This role suits someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, is comfortable managing agencies and creative teams, and can confidently drive digital performance.

You will be reporting into the Technical to ensure a streamlined approach to standards across the site. This company are part of a larger international group who are very successful. They supply into the main retailers as well as food service and some own brand products.
