You will lead the training and adoption workstream, working closely with stakeholders to drive engagement, adoption, and sustainable change. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the BIT Programme's success and supporting wide-ranging corporate information transformation.
You will drive simplification, innovation, and an improved end-user experience by aligning learning technologies with business needs, regulatory expectations, and organizational priorities. The responsibilities of the role will include:Execute the Gx P Learning strategy by partnering with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver effective, technology-based learning solutions.
You will work in four different parts of our firm for six months each.

You will also be a skilled communicator, able to nurture and support apprentices and inspire them to achieve successful careers in the automotive industry.
