You will lead the specification and execution of tests to ensure that we maximise the performance of the car and achieve the highest levels of reliability. Working with the engineering teams around the business, you will help to accelerate our rate of car development, by delivering new test methods and capability.
You will Lead Facility and Operational Development projects as directed by the HOD and in conjunction with the rest of ATF. Take part in facility maintenance activities. Ensure a high standard of personal and department presentation is maintained as appropriate for a showcase facility visited by potential sponsors and other VIPs.
