You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

You will work night shifts, 9pm to 7:30am on a 4 on 4 off rolling rota 36.75 hours per week.

You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time.

You will have support from the therapy team who will offer reflective supervision and also support from our Education Advisors (EAGALs) who build upon the therapeutic parenting work being carried out by our fantastic Foster Parents.

You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession.

You will provide overnight support to individuals with mental health needs, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort throughout the night. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference by offering reassurance, practical assistance, and emotional support during challenging times.

You will follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person. The focus is developing independent living skills: personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, socialising – the daily routine of regular life.
