You will also hold the following responsibilities: Set up and fix central Windows servers manage the digital platforms that allow staff to work remotely Taking care of system alerts, keeping anti-virus software up to date, and ensuring all servers have the latest security fixes installed.
You will work in the IT Technical Support Team, providing second and third line support to users.
You will be responsible for ensuring the optimum use of the IT systems including managing capacity, proactively monitoring error conditions and alerts and ensuring that all policies and procedures relating to security and best practice are adhered to.
You will also take part in an on-call rota and shift coverage. The ideal candidate will be an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst/Engineer with a strong background supporting Windows Server environments. You'll have proven troubleshooting skills, be confident with backups/restores and security administration, and be comfortable working on-site in a shift/on-call environment.
