Technical Support Supervisor jobs in Medway

You will manage a small team, whilst also being hands on and having the chance to increase your earnings through overtime. This company are market leaders within the waste management field, trading for around 40 years they are now looking to grow the business further.

You will be working in occupied education environments, so candidates must be able to pass a full DBS check. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong mechanical background, confident leadership, and the ability to maintain control of the site during out-of-hours works.

You must hold a valid SMSTS (or SSSTS as minimum), CSCS, First Aid, and a full UK driving licence.

You will be responsible for supervising classes using pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting pupils to stay engaged in their learning. Where required, you may also lead or support structured sports and physical education activities, promoting teamwork, fitness, and positive participation.

You will be working on a supply basis across a number of schools in the Medway area.
