You will ensure that assembly teams meet production goals, quality standards and safety requirements.

You will work closely with the Manufacturing Manager and other department leads to maintain a smooth production flow and drive continuous improvement.

You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas' Service Promise!

You will have plenty of support from our managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues but some of the jobs can be challenging and experience of working across an array of different boilers and central heating systems and manufacturers is essential.

You will be responsible for overseeing mechanical supervisors and managing multiple subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. This role requires someone confident in leading teams, coordinating with wider project stakeholders, and maintaining strong commercial and technical oversight.
