You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, education, mixed-use, care homes, healthcare, commercial, and regeneration schemes , with a particular focus on residential developments and Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) .

You will be representing a premium manufacturer with exceptional capability, trusted by leading developers and main contractors.

You will: * Drive new business through networking, site visits, ABI, cold outreach, relationship building and strategic targeting * Engage with major developers and high-value contractors, generating opportunities for six and seven figure packages.

You will lead a department of operational team leaders and their teams (up to 80 colleagues), shaping strategy, driving continuous improvement and process efficiency into the claims journey, and fostering a culture where colleagues are engaged, supported, and empowered to deliver excellence.

You will take ownership of electrical installation, testing, and maintenance activities, primarily covering lighting and small power systems. Working either independently or alongside a small project team, you will ensure all works are completed safely, compliantly, and to a consistently high standard.

You will be based at sites around the City of London.

You will need to demonstrate you have strong experience delivering email and direct mail (15K+ monthly) campaigns, and in-depth knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, campaign management and digitally growing a brand. Ideally with 10+ years of solid Email and Direct Mail marketing.

You will also support Partners on complex compliance work and work closely with senior leadership.
