Technical Support Engineer jobs in Buckinghamshire

You will provide support to customers and the sales force team for technical matters. Technical support will cover many products, specialising in pneumatic automation and thermo temperature control.

You will be supporting sales growth by training and proactive promotion of existing and new products.

You will be focusing on working directly with our customers to identify the necessary activities required to complete each client’s implementation and ensure that the activities are performed in a timely, high-quality manner. We are a friendly and open-minded team, and we’re looking for people who will thrive by collaborating and implementing improvements to our approach to support.

You will be responsible for managing the full technical sales process, from site surveys and solution design through to quotation and project handover. Working closely with engineering, installation, and testing teams, you will deliver compliant, application-specific solutions while building long-term customer relationships.
