Technical Support Coordinator jobs in Lewisham

You will be manage the consultant engineers for all the design related issues and buildability of the project.

You should be currently working as a Technical Coordinator for another residential developer or a highly experienced consultant engineer or architect who has seen residential schemes through from start to finish.

You will be the technical liaison between the sales team and the software development team, capturing customer requirements and providing guidance on product solutions. This role will suit someone who is technically astute within software development or related software products, with a commercial acumen to be able to liaise with internal teams and external customers.

You will be responsible for producing and reviewing validation reports, developing commissioning method statements, and overseeing the full commissioning process to ensure systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. The position offers a balanced split between office and site-based work, providing exposure to both technical coordination and on-site delivery.
