You will support line management in delivering SHEQ objectives and develop campaigns to enhance safety culture.
You will oversee incident investigation and reporting functions, ensuring effective communication of Lessons Learned and addressing training needs.
You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and regularly reporting SHEQ trends and statistics to management as required.
You will work across various Criminal Justice settings based on service needs, including courts, probation offices, and prisons. Responsibilities include completing assessments, managing the prison release process, supporting individuals on probation, liaising with courts, and facilitating voluntary referrals from the police.
