Technical Support Consultant jobs in West Midlands

You will have either GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths (or equivalent) or an IT-related qualification (e.g., BTEC, NVQ, CompTIA A+) this is desirable but not essential.

You will have a structured on boarding plan with dedicated mentor support and on-the-job training in troubleshooting, customer support, and product knowledge.

You will be accountable for support availability, performance, and customer experience in your region, driving measurable improvements in key metrics such as case resolution time, SLA adherence, escalations, and customer satisfaction. You’ll also work closely with your global peers, Product, and Support Operations to continuously raise the bar on operational excellence and user outcomes.
