You will provide technical support and service fulfilment to users of ICT across the business, including our remote access to our construction sites, sales offices and managed developments.
You will also need to have experience of supporting a distributed user base.
You will also be highly organised, be capable of managing your own workload and capable of working alone or as part of a team.
You will evidence good all-round technical knowledge, adept in using MS Office applications and in particular, Excel, to an intermediate standard (V Lookup/Pivot tables).
