You will be responsible for establishing all private and adoptable infrastructure required to support a new residential development.

You will handle queries via phone and email, offering practical solutions and guidance on a wide range of plumbing products. This is an advisory role, so you'll focus on troubleshooting, product compatibility, and helping customers resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

You will work closely with senior engineers and the production team, supporting the design and development of products while gaining exposure to real-world manufacturing processes. Experience or exposure to shop-floor machining and Autodesk Inventor would be highly beneficial.
