You will work closely with colleagues across the business, including the Senior Estimator, Sales Manager and Technical Director, giving you opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail focused, and confident working with customers.

You will guide the technical direction of safety engineering work, ensure high technical standards, and help shape how we deliver safe and effective solutions for our clients.

You will work across bids, projects, and internal initiatives to make sure our safety engineering approach is consistent, robust and aligned with our wider goals.

You will provide regular progress reports to the project management and ensure project milestones are delivered in a timely manner.

You will be working closely with the exercise delivery and leading the technical teams to deliver a seamless experience to the training audience.
