You will play a key role in ensuring engineers work the Environ way, spend the correct amount of time on site, and that our clients receive a consistent, compliant, and high-quality service. This position requires strong decision-making, confidence to challenge poor practice, and the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance across the business.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical services throughout the project, from design through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, client requirements, and project timelines. This role requires a technically strong, commercially aware professional with proven experience delivering complex residential building services projects.

You will manage a team of 30 engineers working across various shifts, requiring strong leadership and communication skills to engage a diverse workforce.

You will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, managing CAFM systems, and leveraging IoT data to deliver commercial efficiencies.
