You must be a time served apprentice or equivalent, supported with academic qualification(s). - Full UK driving license is essential due to the mobile nature of the role. - Field service experience – Proven experience in an electrical maintenance or engineering role, ideally in a field-based or utilities environment.
You will be a key member of the Management Team and will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll service, ensuring accuracy, compliance and building strong relationships with internal and external clients.
You will be expected to supervise and develop a team of staff, monitor, and manage performance, whilst reviewing, and making the best use of systems and processes.
You will work across a varied product range including pallet trucks, counterbalance forklifts and warehouse equipment, while building strong relationships with customers and providing a high standard of on-site support. The role suits someone comfortable working independently, with technical support available when required.
You must therefore be committed to personal development and to becoming multi-skilled in order that you can adapt to and welcome constant change in the effort to achieve the stated aim of "making continuous improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of our use of resources".
