You will be expected to visit the Tewkesbury office 1 - 2 days per month.
You will have a consultative approach to working with our clients and will focus on ensuring that we capture and meet their needs.
You will be UK-based and eligible and willing to undergo UK government clearance (SC minimum).
You will also assist the Technical managers to ensure technical approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.
You will work on everything from single domestic systems to large commercial installations, providing a diverse and technically interesting workload.
You will be attending planned service visits and reactive call outs, representing the business professionally on site and reporting back to the office using digital job sheets.
You should be qualified to a minimum of level 3 or above in electrical installation/ Engineering/maintenance or another relevant technical discipline with 3 years' experience.
You must have impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer facing environments.
