You will provide technical expertise in 'design for support' using supportability and Integrated Product Support (IPS) principles (e.g. AR&M, Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) etc.) and integrate across the whole business.
You will be supporting the development and execution of the EfS strategy, collaborating with both internal and external networks;
You will provide high-quality customer service and initial technical support to end users, helping to resolve issues quickly where possible and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team.
You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals
You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
You will liaise with crane operator agencies to schedule operators for projects, verify inductions, and confirm security clearances. Additional responsibilities include assisting with lift plan preparation and arranging transport for crawler crane mobilization. Key Responsibilities Include:
You will be trained and developed on coding and analytical tools - enabling you to really dig deep into the datasets. Because of this exciting range of work, rotations are a core part of the role.
