You will be able to work autonomously within delivery or programme team - engaging with a range of stakeholders from commercial, programme team, engineering and at most levels within the supplier base.

You will be confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, be technically credible and trusted by engineers and suppliers, and remain calm and decisive under pressure.

You will need commercial insurance knowledge from a broking environment and enjoy the challenge of being part of a central team.

You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery.

You will guide customers through the creation of a free Will, ensuring a positive and professional experience from start to finish. During these conversations, you will naturally introduce protection services and book appointments for customers to speak with a qualified Protection Advisor.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow‐up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
