Technical Service Manager jobs in Oban
You will be in charge of the maintenance and repairs of all electrical and electronic equipment and systems utilizing a safe system of work including electrical isolation, lock off and permit to work.
You will be familiar with using a Planned Maintenance System and keeping this up to date, and working in accordance with the International Safety Management Procedures.
You will manage your workload efficiently, provide excellent customer service (this is at the heart of this role), and you will be expected to deliver expert advice.
You will be able to manage your workload independently, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
You will hold a current NRSWA Supervisor Street Works qualification that covers Units 10 to 16. This is needed for work on public highways.
You will also have Smart Awards accreditation under the Network Operative Passport Scheme. This shows the safety and technical standards required for the role.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and making certain that the established standards of service and quality are consistently met and upheld. Your focus will be on maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and supporting your colleagues, ensuring that every aspect of the hotel runs efficiently and in line with company expectations.
