You will be experienced in and focussed on growing and developing environmental teams and mentoring and managing people and project teams.
You will identify and engage with decision-makers, conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team. In addition to scheduling and coordinating the first meeting with prospects, you will attend the meetings and help transition the lead-to-client experience.
You will be based predominantly at Jubilee Library though will be expected to travel to other library sites within Brighton and Hove. This role reports to Head of Service, working alongside an experienced colleague in the same role and working closely with the Senior Library Managers.
