You will act as a key link between factory teams, central functions, customers and external bodies, driving quality excellence and ensuring our systems, standards and culture consistently meet business, customer and regulatory expectations.

You will lead internal audit activity, support external and customer audits, and ensure strong governance of HACCP, TACCP and GMP across the site.

You will have in depth experience in Technical or Production area within FMCG.

You will demonstrate excellence in people leadership and project management, preferable in an engineering/supply environment

You will have strong line management experience and track record of performance and people development.
