You will influence decision-making at a senior level and contribute to the efficient, sustainable management of the council's diverse property assets. Key Responsibilities

You will be a technically proficient and commercially astute MEP professional with a strong background in design and pre-construction leadership. You’ll have a proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality design outcomes within time and budget constraints.
