You will demonstrate a pro-active approach to design development, working within a team environment from the project's inception through to its completion.
You will be tasked with the control of the complete design process involving the management of consultants, liaison with the relevant statutory and local authorities and other internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
You will be an experienced Technical Coordinator working within the residential development industry, or a Design Coordinator working for a new build contractor that builds large residential projects for clients such as housing associations.
You will have an architectural or civil engineering background, and have experience of working on a range of new build residential projects.
You will lead payroll operations across multiple markets. This includes overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for store, warehouse, and head office colleagues, in line with global processes, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws, retail‑specific scheduling practices, and union or collective agreements where applicable.
You will also be dealing with accounting for more complex areas such as share based payments and financial instruments held at fair value, etc. You'll be someone with: Qualified ACA or equivalent.
