You will play a key role in maximising stock utilisation, minimising waste, and ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities – CNC Setter/Operator Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce components to precise customer and drawing specifications.
You will be working within a specialist manufacturing environment, supporting the production of complex parts for high-value applications. Key Responsibilities:Set and operate 5-axis CNC machines, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability. Work from engineering drawings, CAD data, and technical specifications to produce components to tight tolerances.

You will play a key role in introducing new and existing products into full-scale production, applying lean manufacturing principles to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions. Working closely with production, quality, and project teams, you’ll ensure components are delivered on time and within budget while driving continuous improvement across machining processes.
You will support manufacturing activities by directing best methods of manufacture and target areas of improvement using a Lean approach.
You will lead technical discussions with customers, quote lead times and costs for jobs, support NPI projects, assist in CI activities and support the operational team including programming CNC Milling and Turning machines to meet customer demand.
