You will support the Site Manager to ensure all client enquiries, issues and requests are actioned and resolved within appropriate timescales and support effective management of engineers and subcontractors, providing support on technical issues and performance management.

You will hold an NVQ Level 6, First Aid at Work qualification and a SMSTS qualification.

You will play a key role in scaling our fire safety offering from £50m to over £200m over the next five years, supporting both organic growth and strategic opportunities. While this role is advertised as Stratford, London, we are open to the successful candidate being based from other locations nationally, with flexibility to travel as required.

You will demonstrate a pro-active approach to design development, working within a team environment from the project’s inception through to its completion.

You will be tasked with the control of the complete design process involving the management of consultants, liaison with the relevant statutory and local authorities and other internal and external stakeholders as necessary.

You will be responsible for proactive and reactive tasks, including electrical PPM, HVAC, and basic fabric maintenance. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under strict health and safety procedures.

You will also liaise with clients, monitor contractors, and ensure all work meets contractual and company standards.
