You will hold an NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience gained in a fast-paced engineering setting.

You will proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production demands, with a particular emphasis placed on short-to-medium term strategies. This will enable the factory to drive growth plans of all brands within their area of control. Raising cultural and behavioural values is a key part of the role.
