You will have a robust understanding of engineering within an automated, fast moving manufacturing environment, along with proven experience delivering Continuous Improvement initiatives using TPM methodology.
You will work a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, including days, and weekends on a 5-on, 4-off rotation. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: - Recognised Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship with a minimum Level 2 qualification in mechanical, fabrication, or maintenance.
