You will play a crucial part in the continued success of this site. With increased orders and expansion in place, this role is essential to the smooth running of the site, ensuring that all standards are upheld and improved. This market-leading company is recognised for its excellent quality of products, employing over 500 staff members within a modern manufacturing facility.

You should have a recognised engineering qualification and/or time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineering with experience working in a senior engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment and a background in preventative and reactive maintenance, with the ability to lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts.

You will join a small, focused workshop of two engineers responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of ATVs and related equipment. The dealership primarily represents market leading brands, but also services additional brands as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability, autonomy, and long-term growth in a supportive environment.

You will plan, organise and execute specialist company demonstrations and be responsible for the complete organisation and management of UK shows and exhibitions and associated advertising, marketing & social media activities. In this role you will work closely with the Territory Managers to promote sales and alongside the National Aftersales Manager to provide a high level of aftercare support.
