You will be highly organised, persistent in outbound prospecting, and motivated by achieving commercial targets.

You will be skilled in professional phone engagement, strategic in structuring outbound outreach, and capable of independently developing and managing a qualified sales pipeline.

You will be reaching out to new potential clients, learning about their business needs and challenges, and using the unique wealth of technical expertise available to you to provide them with the solutions they need.

You must be enthusiastic, dynamic, creative, self-motivated, and confident in communicating with people at all levels.

You must be located in the North West London area with your immediate work area covering Uxbridge, Harrow, Watford and NW London postcodes. We are happy to cross train from other electromechanical sectors such as Photocopier/Print and Coffee and White goodsWhat You’ll Do * Deliver exceptional service by installing, repairing, and maintaining cutting-edge equipment at customer sites.

You will be trained and supported by an experienced team and have the chance to work on major commercial schemes including high rise office blocks, MOD projects and data centres across the UK.

You will require security clearance for this role.

You will also be supported to complete; -Design calculations for commercial projects.

You will be the face of the company, ensuring critical infrastructure from hospitals to data centres, stays powered when it matters most.

You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of critical power equipment. While the focus is on diesel and gas generators, your day-to-day will be varied and technically engaging.

Duties and Responsibilities: To service, repair, maintain and install gas appliances in client owned properties, in accordance with manufacturer’s instruction and guidance.

You will be responsible primarily for identifying and winning new business opportunities (80%), as well as dealing with existing accounts (20%).

You will have the freedom to manage your own diary as you work from home and travel to meet clients across your patch- 3-4 days per week, to further business relationships.

You will be responsible for managing site delivery, overseeing both direct labour and subcontractors, and acting as the primary site contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and in line with commitment to quality, traceability, and value for money.

You will also need to come from a Civil Engineering contracting background- ideally RC frames/Groundworks/civils.
