You will be required, with training, to understand and be familiar with the full product range with the ability to offer alternatives if required and advise on the selection of products where possible.

You will liaise with Field Sales Engineers and other staff to achieve the branch objectives and sales performance and as is normal in a small team environment engage in other duties.

You will be joining our expanding Buildings Technology Services team, as a Smart Building technical specialist, with accountability for the Smart Building design, project management and delivery of projects from inception through to handover to the client. At WSP our Building Technology Systems (BTS) team provide Smart, ICT, Audio Visual & System Integration design.

You will demonstrate a pro-active approach to design development, working within a team environment from the project’s inception through to its completion.

You will be tasked with the control of the complete design process involving the management of consultants, liaison with the relevant statutory and local authorities and other internal and external stakeholders as necessary.

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
