You will act as a professional ambassador for our client delivering excellent customer service, accurate quotations, and technically informed solutions in a highly competitive industry. While experience in the metals industry and/or presswork is highly desirable, it is not essential – full support and training will be provided.

You will provide hands-on support for networking and communications solutions, with a particular focus on Wave Relay® MANET systems, supporting both internal teams and external customers across the UK and Europe.

You will play a key part in ensuring successful project delivery and supporting the evolution of Steatite’s communications technology.

You will almost always be having a real conversation, not following a script. The team also carries out operational processes, including administering gas supply switches and meter readings. This involves a variety of regular tasks, including requesting and recording information from customers (such as meter readings) and the handling of customer requests and queries.
