You will manage the full lifecycle of vehicle damage cases from the initial assessment and scheduling of vehicles into approved repairers, through to monitoring repair progress and confirming completion.
You will ensure that all reported damage is actioned without delay and supported by a clear, comprehensive audit trail.
You will work across a variety of environments, from controlled laboratory tests to field-based evaluations, requiring strong practical problem-solving skills, data acquisition expertise, and adaptability.
You will have strong knowledge of instrumentation, test rigs, and data acquisition systems and the ability to translate requirements into test procedures and setups.
You will ensure all works are completed in line with approved method statements and risk assessments and the people carrying out the works have the required competencies.
You will ensure all site personnel have job relevant training requirements which is recorded and monitored on a regular basis.
You will ensure that drainage installations are planned, executed, and completed to high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
You will need to be able to liaise with the Agent and assist in developing work packages, method statements, task briefs, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and technical documentation.
You should have some experience in the following -

You must hold a CSCS - White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor

You must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle - Must have a valid CSCS card
