You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.
You will be responsible to train and develop more junior colleagues and be available to assist clients in case of emergency whether this be by physical attendance at a meeting or to provide technical advice.
You will also be joining an organisation that cares about you as a person and your wellbeing.
You will be given the flexibility to design insurance programs that meet the needs of your clients and therefore commercial acumen will be essential. Of course, you will be fully supported by dedicated Account Handlers, our highly respected Broking Team and our experienced Claims Managers.
