You will be based in the Birmingham office, working closely with a specialist drainage and water team while contributing to projects across the Midlands and wider UK. The workload spans developments from small infill sites through to major residential schemes of up to 10,000 homes, supporting both public and private sector clients wherever their projects are located.

You will ideally have:

You will lead BIM implementation at a regional level, ensuring consistent standards, robust processes and high-quality digital outputs across all project stages.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing engineers and BIM technicians, as well as supporting client engagement on complex and technically demanding projects.
