You will collect technical information on electrical products, components and control devices, understand it, and assist the Marketing team to translate it into clear, customer-ready content.
You must be technically minded and comfortable working with product performance data, metrics and specifications (e.g. power consumption, efficiency, product performance measures).
You will also manage the quality team, and hygiene teams. What you will bring (skills and experience) Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline HACCP Level 3 (or equivalent advanced food safety qualification). Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 or equivalent certification.
You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals
You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
